Here are the details about my past experience:

• Coordination with more than 60 x internal stakeholders for their requirements and complaint/issue resolution about goods/services.

• Adopting framework agreement with the approval of the Competent Authority for procurement of Stationery, Medicines, MEP, IT, and other maintenance materials on a semiannual/annual basis with input from relevant departments.

• Managing a pool of 300+ vendors/suppliers/OEMs of different categories.

• Standardization of stationery/general use products to maintain uniformity with the approval of senior management.

• Reviewing and recording each and every detail of approx. 350+ cases (CapEx) a year, its daily progress, correspondence, and preparation/issuance/filing of approval sheets, RFQs, Tender Documents, POs, etc. as per the stage of a case.
